Terran Citizens are members who choose to join but do not wish to be very active in the club and are not required to join a chapter. They also are on what we call a “Do not disturb” list so they do not get any emails from the Empire.
Terran Citizens can always become more active and change to either Enlisted or Officer Candidate.
Terran Citizens are not required to renew and the membership is considered to be lifetime.
Enlisted Terran

Want to be more active than just being a Citizen? Perhaps you want to participate in just the fun social activities? Then Enlisted is where you want to be. You get to have all the fun without needing to worry about reports or required courses & grades (but can still take them if wanted).
Enlisted members can always change to an Officer Candidate or be released from duty and become a Citizen.
Enlisted Terrans are not required to renew their membership which is considered to be lifetime.
Terran Officer Candidate
Free Membership expires after 2 Years.
This is it! You’re ALL IN and ready to throw yourself in head first to the Officer Program. This is required for anyone wishing to start a chapter.
As always, Terrans are welcome to reduce their participation as they see fit and change membership levels.
Terran Officer Candidates may only stay at this level for a maximum of 2 years. If the member does not complete the requirements for promotion to Ensign within that time the member will be lowered to Enlisted membership and will need to request re-entry into the program.
